We offer a full refund in case you change your mind within the 14 days after purchase.
All you need to do is contact us and:
- let us fix the problem if you encountered a bug which prevents the product to work properly
- provide detailed feedback why the product isn’t working for you
We take our work seriously and we want to make our software better. If something isn’t working for you, we want to get a chance to fix it.
After the successful renewal, we are not offering refunds. We are sending a renewal reminder 7 and 3 days prior to the charge which allows you to cancel in case you want to renew your licenses.
All Access products
We cannot process refunds for “All Access” products. These are the products that allow you to download all the plugins at once.
Refund is not eligible when
- You haven’t provided enough details about the issue with the product
- It’s requested for the renewal payment, support or All Access product
- It’s requested 15 days or more after the purchase
